Phoenix Collingwood Ltd are based in Rotherham South Yorkshire close to the main M1 / A1 motorway networks we are a Small to medium sized company offering a service in all aspects of Refractory demolition, removal and reinstallation.
We started out in the steel industry for many years before moving into the cement industry and all types of kilns from rotary hearth furnaces, tunnel kilns, shuttle and batch kilns, expanding to offer services in all aspects of refractory removal and reinstallation, decommissioning/dismantling of infrastructure. We are are able to supply personnel either as day work or fixed short or long term contracts.
However we specialise in the cremation and incineration areas of the industry, with many years experience in this field, both at home and abroad. We have vast experience and knowledge in the removal and installation of all types of lining from traditional fire brick to cast insitu linings, Gunniting and specialist pre cast block linings.
The Rotherham workshop offers full casting facilities with variable frequency controlled vibrating tables, machine shop for mould, pattern and fabrication requirements. Electric digitally controlled kilns with 1400c temp ceiling for curing precast products
